Packaging & Fullfillment
BOTTLE PACKAGING
We bottle up to 50,000 bottles per day on 3 high speed bottling lines comprising of sorting,
pill counter, induction seals, heat tunnels, label applicators and ink jet printers.
These bottling lines are automated for all capsule, tablet, and softgel sizes
and shapes.
SAMPLE PACKS
We fill small sample packets for all types
of products including liquids, creams and
lotions, powders, capsules and tablets.
Our two Bartelt machines run 40-60 packet
units per minute. We have
pharmaceutical grade fillers for multiple
packet configurations which packs 40 per
minute and can ink jet custom information on
each packet.
FULLFILLMENT
A fully integrated fulfillment department picks and packs all shipments. We pack out
500-1000 packages per day, UPS, USPS, DHL, Federal Express, truck lines or air freight.
We have pallet shipment capabilities.
Our newly expanded fulfillment and storage
center is over 15,000 square feet.
